All the head of institution of this Asansol Sub Division are requested to upload filled in form of Kanyashree Prakalpa i.e. K-l & K-2 which is remained under their custody positively in a day by his own management or to submit the same to the concerned Block Office within 20.12.2013 for the cause of the beneficiaries.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SDM Asansol has informed us that the DM Saheb ordered all Heads of Institutions to UPLOAD 50% of the forms they received within 31st Dec 2013 & the Rest within 31st January2014.
Defaulters may be treated as Offender.
They are also requested to inform this office through mail at asansoladi@gmail.com ANY DEFFICULTIES that are being faced by them.
IN CASE OF OPENING OF ACCOUNT Please state nature of problem, Name of Bank, Branch & Phone Number.
IN CASE OF UPLOADING OF FORMS: Please let this office know any Cyber Cafe (Name of the Cafe & Phone Number) nearer to your school if they are not willing to do the Job at Rs.10/- each form.
